Wagner House Voluntary Accessibility Improvements Project
975 S. State College Blvd.

October 2018 - March 2019
This project will bring the Wagner House and Tennis Center up to current building codes and ADA accessibility codes. Actual work to be done condists of hazardous material abatement, accessibility upgrades to the main house, garage, and the site. In addition, the project will increase water efficiency of the property by using drought tolerant landscaping and eliminating existing turf.
