Underground District No. 65 Phase 1 Royal Oak
Crescent and Cerro Vista Reliability Improvement; and Direct Buried Cable Replacement Project
Construction will consist of undergrounding 12kV distribution systems, street light installation, service conversions, and removal of overhead facilities on Royal Oak Road from Pinney Drive, approx. 600’ North of Santa Ana Canyon Road, to 100’ South of Nohl Ranch Road, including up to 400’ of side streets such as Crescent Dr, Spring Hill Dr, Shady Glen Ln, Glen Arbor Ln, Fern Haven Ln, Evening View Rd, Gatewood Ln, and Honeywood Ln. Crescent Dr from Royal Oak Road to Peralta Hills Dr; and Cerro Vista Dr from CerroVista Way to El Dorado Ln.
