Maxwell Dog Park

The work to be done consists of converting approx. 1-acre of existing Maxwell Park into a dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. Improvements include, but are not limited to: preservation of existing trees, demolition and removal of existing landscaping & hardscape, clearing and grubbing, rough and precise grading, existing parking stall re-striping including an ADA van parking stall, construction of new sidewalk and ADA ramp, hardscape, fencing, site furnishings, signage, decomposed granite, drinking fountains, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and all other work as shown on the plans and delineated in the specifications.
