This project will consist of design and construction of a new electrical transforming and distribution substation.  The entire substation site will be enclosed by a high architectural wall designed to meet the requirements of the Anaheim Resort Specific Plan.

During construction, there will be traffic lane closures; therefore, traffic disruptions shall be expected.
